I wanted to get this website up and running ready for the Christmas period to try and inspire youths over the school Christmas break.

The site should be fully functioning and I will be checking for errors over the next week or so. In the meantime I need to promote this site and its content.

My ambition is to get this noticed all throughout the UK and getting teenagers and young people motivated to use my site and exercise.

I intend to put a lot more content on, but in the meantime, it would be great if you could get in touch and let me know what you think and let me know if there is anything you would like to see.
